 Simon J. Gerraty ("the author") and contains proprietary information
	      and intelectual property of "the author".

For a fee, "the author" grants a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to
the "licensee" for internal use only, subject to the following terms and

     opperated by licensee) at once.
